When Refunds Are Available
You may request a refund only if your project has not entered production.
Production begins once we start any of the following:

Designing your ad or creative assets

Preparing your campaign materials

Reserving space in the magazine

Coordinating with partner venues or print schedules
Once production has started, the service becomes non-refundable because time, resources, and placement costs have already been committed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund before production begins, email us at Support@hiomag.com with your:

Invoice number

Reason for the request
We review all refund requests individually and respond as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
